Description
Women's Breakfast are taking place every term for all TBC women from 18-108. Our hope is that this will be a place to connect with one another and get to know new people, growing our friendships and offering support to one another.
This month's speaker is Joey Cuthbert. Joey never set out to lead a national governing body — and certainly not in a sport like cheerleading. But through closed doors, surprising turns, and quiet nudges from God, she found herself right where she was meant to be. This is a story about obedience, courage, and discovering God's purpose in the places you least expect.
Joey is a former dancer, athlete, head coach, programme owner and gold medal winning team manager for Team England (World Cheerleading Championships 2016-2017). She currently chairs the Board of the National Governing Body for the sport of competitive cheerleading in England, and sits on the international governing body's Ethics and Entourage Committees. She is a safeguarding educator and advocate, and uses her platform to speak regularly on the topic of safeguarding in sport
Taking place in Derwent, breakfast includes a breakfast of croissants, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and granola and costs £5 per person, payable in advance (details will be sent once you have booked). Please note, we will only be able to cater for tickets that are paid for in order to keep the price low. If cost is a concern for you please get in touch.
Places are limited so book now to make sure you don't miss out!
