Description
For men and women of all ages and abilities. Gentle exercises working every part of the body which are easy to get the hang of. You can do as much or as little as you can, and if you can't get on the floor, you can sit on a chair. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you wish you can stay to play badminton afterwards. Clothing: comfortable clothes and trainers. Coffee is served aferwards.
