We are delighted to be able to welcome you to our services at TBC. We meet at 10am each Sunday morning and 6:30pm each Sunday evening.

Our Sunday morning services continue to be streamed live on our website.

As is the case everywhere, things are a little different from what we are used to. While face coverings are no longer required from 26 January 2022, there will be part of the church reserved for those who feel more comfortable wearing a mask and hand sanitiser available on entry. Got questions? Read the FAQ at the bottom of the page first and if you still need to contact us please email the office.

It is really important that you do not attend church if you feel unwell, have a positive PCR test or have been advised to isolate; help us to care for you and one another and watch our Sunday services from home.

Please rest assured that we are doing all we can through cleaning and ventilation to minimise the risk of spreading Covid, while at the same time moving forward into this ‘next normal’.

Service FAQs

We’re sure you have many questions about what our services will look like as people return to meeting in person.

For the most part – yes!  There have been a lot of changes in the last year and some of them have led us in new and exciting directions.  One of these is our livestream congregation, so in order to continue in this ministry, the morning services continue to be filmed. As we navigate this new normal we are maintaining an area of the church reserved for those who wish to continue to wear a face covering.

Children are welcome in the Sunday service. Our children’s groups are back running every week unless there is a FAB (Families and Brigades) service when we all meet together for the service.  Please enter through the main reception doors and take your children to their groups.  If you are new, one of the hosts will be able to show you which room to go to.

Our toilets are available to those attending services, but we are continuing to advise social distancing and the use of hand sanitiser. The numbers permitted in each toilet area are clearly indicated on the entrance door.

We understand that all our experiences of the pandemic have been different, and we want to be sensitive to that, so we have allocated different spaces in the worship room. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask through the service and maintaining social distancing, please sit on the reserved seats closest to reception.

If you would feel comfortable with a little more space, social distancing seat cards are available from the host team, while communion will be prepared and safe in a covid-safe manner.

The water fountain is available in reception and occasionally we are able to provide refreshments after the service.  However, we recommend you bring a bottle of water with you where possible.  If you would like to help with refreshments after morning services please email Nikki Blundell.

Communion will take place on the first Sunday morning, and fourth Sunday evening every month. Bread and juice will be provided for you to take part.

Yes! You may sing! Please keep your face covering on if you are seated in the masked section

There will be a wide angle camera at the back of the Worship room (as we did pre-pandemic) and on the stage which will be used occasionally during our Sunday morning Service.

Both Sunday and Wednesday services are about an hour.
